Challenge
Brokerages handled policies, renewals and quotes in spreadsheets and email. Every quote meant logging into each insurer’s portal.
Solution
We built a web platform with a mobile app: client and policy records, quoting tools and insurer integrations, renewal alerts and claims tracking. It includes an AI assistant that queries the database in real time and creates records when the user asks.
Result
The platform is in production and brings together information that used to be scattered across files, inboxes and portals.
